Year 1 have had a busy, exciting week full of Christmas fun!
Yesterday we performed our Nativity with Years 2 and 3. We sung beautifully and looked angelic in our costumes. Well done Year 1. We are all very proud of you!
We have also been making paper chains which we decorated the classroom with! We have read so many Christmas stories and we even did a Christmas wordsearch linked to our book of the week, ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.’ We have done lots of Christmas Maths and we have written letters to Father Christmas and asked him lots of questions.
Today we enjoyed a very funny Pantomime! We enjoyed all the jokes! We also made lovely Christmas cards. We used our finger prints to make robins. Some of them were even wearing Christmas hats!
Well done for all your fantastic learning this term Year 1! We love teaching you!
Thank you so much to all the parents and carers for our wonderful gifts! We really appreciate it.
Merry Christmas everyone!
Love from Miss Travers, Mrs Hope, Miss Robertson and Miss Rosellini
