Year 1 have had a busy and very fun last day of term!
We started by handing out all of our Christmas cards, and having a fun game of musical bumps.
Then the whole school had a special treat, we watched the ‘Dip and Dab Christmas Remix’! It was a brilliant show filled with games, music and festive fun! We were so lucky to have Dip and Dab come to school, and we all ended the show with dancing and singing.
The children made Christmas cards for their loved ones, and decorated beautiful angel cards, with their picture in costume from our KS1 Nativity.
We also had so much fun together last week at the Christmas lunch! Everyone enjoyed being together in the hall, listening to Christmas music and eating a delicious Christmas lunch! We sat with our friends and teachers, and enjoyed wearing crowns from our crackers.
This week we had a special KS1 assembly, where we shared our work in Religious Education from this term. Two children in our class stood at the front and showed their books to Nursery, Reception and Year 2. We listened and saw work from each year group.
