This week is Health and Fitness week. We know it is important to look after our physical health but it is also equally important to look after our mental health. Today we welcome Agata from Mind.
She taught us about the connection between physical activity and mental health. We explored how we might feel in our bodies when we are feeling sad or worried. We also learnt important strategies to use when we are feeling certain emotions.
