Year 4 have been busy practicing their recorder skills this week with Mr. Rees. The children first re-capped their knowledge of how to play the notes A, B, C, D, G before attempting to use some of these notes to play a new song ‘Seek Ye First’ which they learnt during their singing lesson this week.
They enjoyed trying to play the song row by row and some were even brave enough to attempt a solo after having just learnt it! Thank you Mr. Rees such a brilliant lesson, we really enjoyed playing this new song!
Music is one of my favorite lessons because I get to learn new instruments and songs. I really like the recorder because it’s very easy to play and it’s amazing that everyone gets to learn at least one instrument!◡̈⃝︎
