Nursery learn about St. Vincent

Nursery have been learning about St. Vincent ready for his feast day.

We learned that he was very kind and helpful to everyone, especially poor people, and that he is now a saint in Heaven.

We learned that our school is named after St. Vincent and that we always try to be kind to and helpful to others like he was.

We went on a hunt around the school to spot statues and pictures of St. Vincent.

Then we all helped to make a big picture of St. Vincent to show to everyone in Mrs Avdiu’s special assembly.

Now, we are trying to be kind to and helpful to each other just like St. Vincent.
