This term, in our weekly indoor P.E. sessions, we are practicing mindfulness and body awareness through Yoga. We are learning yoga poses and techniques to help us to connect our mind and bodies as well as building our strength, flexibility and balance.
In our weekly outdoor P.E. sessions, we are improving our football skills including dribbling, passing and receiving a ball. We are also learning the importance of playing games fairly, abiding by the rules of the game and being respectful of their teammates, opponents and referees.
