Over the past few weeks year 1 has been researching Marylebone and seeing what landmarks are in the nearby area. We have looked at the difference between physical and human features, and have started looking at how to draw maps from a bird’s eye view. To link this into our Art topic, we painted different landmarks in Marylebone. We used thick and think brushes to add detail. We found this a little tricky but Miss Pycroft thinks we ended up doing an excellent job.
