The Rainbow Theatre came to our school to perform to Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. They performed the stories: The Golden Goose, The Elves and the Shoemaker, and The Hare and Tortoise. We had such fun watching three of our favourite fairy tales being brought to life. Some children from each class were selected by the professional actors and given a role in the performance!
At the end of each performance, we briefly discussed the moral of each story and learnt that all fairy tales have a special underlying message. Thank you, Rainbow Theatre!
