Reception learn about Saint Vincent de Paul.

Ahead of Saint Vincent de Paul’s feast day this weekend (27th September) Reception learned about his life and charity work. 

We learned all about how kind and generous he was, and why our school is named after him!

Reception talked about the importance of being kind to everyone, and how we will treat others as Saint Vincent would have wanted. 

Throughout the week Reception have been working hard at colouring a picture of Saint Vincent, using our special class statue as a guide. 

Whilst colouring, Reception spoke to an adult about who Saint Vincent was and what they had learnt about his life.
