In Nursery our current topic is ‘Under the Sea.’ We have been enjoying exploring our role play area in class and learning about different sea creatures that live under the sea!
We know the names of lots of sea creatures and have learnt some facts about them…
‘Fish have fins and gills.’ Ambrose
‘Crabs have claws that make you go ouch!’ Apolline
‘Fish live in the coral reef.’ Barney
‘The crab can walk sideways.’ Isabella
‘Starfish live in the ocean and change colour.’ Mehrnoosh
‘Octopus has eight legs.’ Tommy
Miriam tells me that her favorite animal is a shark because “they go up and down and are really cleaver”!
