We have continued to work very hard during the summer holidays and great progress has been made with the second floor project.
In Year 5 the walls have been painted, new carpet has been laid and new ‘smart’ lighting fitted. In Year 6 the ceiling has been raised, the walls plastered, old windows reinstated and cupboards re-configured to make maximum use of the space. The corridor has also had the ceiling raised, new lights fitted, walls plastered and painted , as well as new skirting fitted. We have also taken away the old coat hooks ready for when our new lockers arrive.
Although there is still some finishing off ( and lots of tidying up!) to be done the space is already looking much brighter and more spacious. Can you spot any other changes?
