Year 2 enjoyed celebrating their project this morning through a range of art activities.
We had drawn pictures of superheroes, and then copied them so that we had a set of 4. We then painted them in the style of Pop Art, using different bright colours. Our next activity was block printing. We carefully drew a superhero logo on some polystyrene, and then rolled paint over it before printing it on paper. We just different colours and positions to make a pattern.
Looking at more superheroes, we could draw a superhero, create our own comic strip or even do some creative writing and describe one.
We loved our morning! Thank you to all the parents who helped us with our art, and with the tidying up after.
