After another tasty lunch, we went back to our dorms to get ready for our adventurous activities: the challenge course and rafting. Both these require a lot of teamwork and supporting each other, so we knew we’d be okay!

In the challenge course, we had to work as a group to get from one end to the other, but there were different rules and obstacles along the way. Some bits were definitely easier than others, but we managed to successfully get the key to unlock the gate! For rafting, we worked in smaller groups to build rafts and try and get to the other side of the pond. Once we were on the rafts, Eloise set us different challenges to see what we  could do on them. She made the challenges harder and harder until we had all fallen into the pond. We didn’t mind, even though the water was very muddy, it’s been another hot day so we were glad to cool off.

After a very needed shower, we had our final trip to the tuck shop. We didn’t all have lots of money left, but it was fun to go and see what we could buy. We were reminded to not eat it all straight away as we had to head to dinner.

As it’s been so hot, Gail gave us some super soakers so we could have a giant water fight after dinner. It was the perfect way to cool down!

Then it was the highlight of the week: the pyjama disco! We all put on our pjs and headed to the disco room. The lights were flashing and the music was blaring. We all had a lot of fun dancing together on our last night at Sayers Croft.
