Class 4 enjoyed a morning workshop at the Wallace Collection this morning.
We enjoyed looking around and learning lots about who used to live there and using investigative skills to decode paintings.
We particularly enjoyed looking at the armour and some of us even got to try it on! We thought about the weapons and armour we had learnt about as part of our Romans topic and compared it to the armour at the Wallace Collection.
Then we sketched some of the armour and weapons on black paper using special metallic pencils.
Thank you to all the friendly staff at the Wallace Collection for welcoming us. We had lots of fun and will definitely return soon!
