Class 6 were very privileged to receive a ‘sneak preview’ of the Young Curators’ new tour at the Wallace Collection. We learnt all about the founder of the Museum, Sir Richard Wallace, and were guided around the galleries (and even outside!) to see beautiful paintings and objects. We learnt a lot of information from the Young Curators and all thought that they did a wonderful job. A member of the public agreed with us as they took the time to send this wonderful message to the school:
It was lovely to see some of your pupils in the Wallace Collection yesterday morning with children giving clear presentations and the others listening intently. It enhanced my visit to that beautiful gallery.
If you would also like to enjoy the tour please join us at the Wallace Collection at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday 23rd June.
