Well done to our fabulous St. Vincent’s pupils for your excellent remote learning. We are really proud of you! You have worked so hard that we think you deserve a break and it’s important you do not spend more time than absolutely necessary looking at a screen.

We have looked before at the Five Ways to Wellbeing:

  • Give
  • Be Active
  • Keep Learning
  • Connect
  • Take Notice

On Wellbeing Wednesday, whilst your parents and carers catch up with your teachers, your challenge is to complete as many of the suggested activities as you can, ensuring that you have completed activities from each wellbeing category.

We know you can do it! And we hope that you will enjoy doing it!

Wellbeing Wednesday Screen Free Activities

Please print the activities in advance ( so you do not need to look at a screen on Wednesday!) and then you can share your experience with your teachers and your class mates during the live wellbeing sessions on Friday afternoon.

Together through Christ we grow and learn

  1. I am thinking to have a dance party with my sister and we can be active by doing just dance.

  2. Miss Coleman says:

Great idea Amarissa, you must let us know how it goes. I love to dance!

  3. I made this car collage for well-being Wednesday, the rainbow colours are for the nhs and it is in the shape of a heart ,which symbolises that we should all be loving in this time.

  4. Miss Coleman says:

What a brilliant collage! Thank you for sharing. I love the rainbow colours.

Thank you FC for sharing your Wellbeing Wednesday activities. I’m sure your grandma loved receiving her card and I am impressed with your bridge.
