Well done Year 6 for another fantastic week of Remote Learning.
Mrs Healy and I have been so impressed by their positive attitudes, level of engagement and fantastic work that they have produced!
In Maths, we started a new topic ‘Statistics’ and interpreted sets of data presented in detailed pie charts.
In English, we continued to read The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien and wrote diary entries as if we were Bilbo Baggins!
In Religious Education, we continued to explore the Books of the Bible and delved into why it is so important to have 4 different Gospels.
In our Topic lessons, we explored the suffragettes and learnt about Emily Wilding Davison and the events that took place at the Derby.
And finally, in Science we have continued to explore ‘Light’ and in PE we have been busy with our daily PE challenges involving a bean bag and our weekly challenge set by QPR.
Another busy week!
Year 6 have produced some brilliant pieces of work this week but a special well done to the following children: Dylan, Gabi, Michalina, Iggy, Lily, Nika, Claudia and Maia. Please see their work below!
