Class 6 had a fantastic day celebrating our love of books. We came to school dressed as many different book characters, from Alice in Wonderland to Albus Potter. Throughout the day we had lots of fun taking part in Treasure Island themed activities, including learning to speak and write like a pirate, writing a pirate kenning and writing instructions to find pirate treasure. Finally, we ended the day by reading with our friends, brothers and sisters and parents. World Book Day reminded us how amazing it is to have the opportunity to get lost in a book.
