Even though we couldn’t be together, it was great seeing everyone’s costumes when we came together remotely.
We had 3 fun activities led by different teachers based on the story The Day the Crayons Quit by Drew Daywalt. First, Miss Drury asked us to use as many colours as we could to draw a picture (we didn’t want any to feel left out!). Then, Mr Kersys helped us to write our own story about a different object that wanted to quit. Our final lesson was with Mr Rees who showed us Chrome Music Lab and we created our own music for the different crayons.
We really enjoyed our live reading session with Mrs Duffy, who read us some very funny poems, and had lots of fun playing some reading games together in the afternoon!
