The last two weeks we have been studying the book Beegu, by Alexis Deacon. The story is about a little alien who gets lost on Earth, and no one is very kind to her because she looks different to everyone else.
We have sequenced the story in order many times and planned what we will write in our retell of the story. Yesterday we used our plan to write our retell and then today we edited our work. Even though we are finding the editing a bit tricky, we are trying to practice re reading what we have written to check it makes sense.
