Year 4 explores Digestion!
Year 4 has been learning all about the digestive system, exploring how food makes its way from your plate to…well, let’s just say they have studied the process of digestion thoroughly. To wrap up our study, the year 4 students made their own stomachs from household items, mimicking all the steps involved in processing food so our bodies can extract nutrients to keep us healthy and energised. It was a fun, informative–and messy–project!
