To celebrate all the learning we have done during our ‘Invaders and Settlers’ topic, Year 5 shared their learning with parents through PowerPoint presentations, songs, poems, dances and role plays that they created all by themselves! They were also proud to share their art work with the parents.
After break, we all went to the Creativity Room to finish our settlement islands.
We were put into groups and asked to imagine that we are a group of settlers moving inland and looking for somewhere to build a settlement. We really appreciated having our parents and relatives there to help us!
