We were thankful for our tasty hot dogs for lunch to refuel before our busy afternoon.

We then went into the woods and learnt how to use a compass. This would prove to be very useful as we had to find our way in pairs around the wood. It was lots of fun, some of us got a bit lost at first, but we all managed to complete the course by the end.

After that we put our wellies on and headed to the stream. We walked through the river, exploring the bank and getting very wet in the process! The final challenge was getting through the magic tree, which we managed but got very wet in the process as we could dunk ourselves in the pool. We then soaked Miss Siswick and Miss Carruthers and all ended up covered in some very muddy water!

We are finally back at our dorm to shower. We’ve got a visit to the tuck shop, dinner and a campfire still to come before bed tonight!
