This week we have been learning about the mummification process! We looked at the different stages the Ancient Egyptians took to mummify a body. To get an even better understanding we became embalmers for our topic lesson and used a similar process to mummify a tomato.
As our writing topic is instructions we followed some that had been written for us during this lesson. We had lots of fun using different resources to create a mummified tomato. We made predictions about what we think might happen and back in Ancient Egyptian times they would have waited 40 days however, we will wait about a week to see our results!
